Bears rally comes up short against Packers, 21-14
The Chicago Bears fell behind early and rallied back late, but it wasn’t enough in a 21-14 loss to the Green Bay Packers.
It also didn’t help that Chicago saw starting quarterback Jay Cutler and backup Todd Collins both get knocked out of the game with injuries.
There was some questions raised following the game about how bad Jay Cutler’s knee injury really was and why he didn’t return.
Third-string quarterback Caleb Hanie actually played really well and almost orchestrated an improbable comeback.
He had the Bears down just seven and inside Green Bay’s 30-yard line in the final moments before tossing an interception.
