Bears stunned by Seahawks, 23-20

The Chicago Bears came out sluggish and never recovered in a surprising 23-20 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

Chicago’s offensive line is just a mess, and it doesn’t help that quarterback Jay Cutler holds onto the ball forever.

For the second straight week, tight end Greg Olsen came away without a single catch. That has to change.

The Bears also had major issues running the ball just one week after Matt Forte busted out a big game in Carolina. (more…)

Bears roll past Panthers, 23-6

Despite the absence of quarterback Jay Cutler, the Chicago Bears rolled past the Carolina Panthers in a 23-6 victory.

Bears beat up by Giants, 17-3

The Chicago Bears were beat up physically and on the scoreboard in a 17-3 loss to the New York Giants.

Quarterback Jay Cutler had a miserable night, getting sacked 10 times before being knocked out of the game with a concussion.

Todd Collins managed to avoid the same fate, but the veteran backup wasn’t any more successful moving the ball than Cutler.

Chicago’s defense didn’t play a bad game, but they did allow Ahmad Bradshaw to top the 100-yard rushing mark. (more…)
