Chicago Bears schedule released

The Chicago Bears 2010 schedule has been released and it features a balanced and difficult set of opponents, but certainly a fair chance to pick up a number of wins.

They begin the season with a tough stretch, opening the year at home against a dramatically improved Detroit Lions team before playing at Dallas and hosting Green Bay.

After a relatively easy stretch during the middle of the season that features some very winnable games, the Bears finish out the second half of the year with a number of tough teams.

Starting with November 14, the Bears will have to play the Minnesota Vikings twice, at the Miami Dolphins, Green Bay PackersĀ and New England Patriots and host the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Jets.

Despite a particularly rough and disappointing 2009 season, the Bears will play in four primetime games this year, including once on the road against the Vikings.
